Our process for the successful completion of projects follows rough structures, but is flexible enough to adapt to the circumstances and wishes of the customer.
Initialisation / Ideation
In the first phase we record the current status of the planning or idea or develop the idea together with you. Among other things, design thinking methods are used here. If necessary, we also check the feasibility and profitability of the idea. For cloud transformations and setting up a digital workplace, we will submit a proposal with various options.
Planning
In the second phase we plan the project phases, define milestones and put the team together. For IT-Consulting projects we also provide individuals to support your team.
Implementation and launch
In the third phase, the idea is implemented and released using the Scrum method. Since the Scrum methodology provides for a step-by-step introduction, the users have enough time to familiarize themselves with the new solution. The scope of the necessary training and change management is redefined for each project.

Depending on the project we provide operation and support by ourselfs or with qualified partners.
